OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING

You may cancel or rebook at no charge if you cancel within 48 hours prior to the reservation. We will charge the total fare if your request to cancel or rebook comes with less than 48 hours’ notice.

We charge 100% fare for no-shows without cancellation. A no-show is when the passenger does not show up at the agreed-upon pickup location within a half hour after the stated pickup time, unless it involves an airport pickup. For airport and train station pickups, your chauffeur will wait up to one hour for you. This time begins with the scheduled pickup time, flight delays or earlier flights lead to a deferral of the scheduled pickup time by the planned period of time between arrival time and the original pickup time. Situations are excluded whereby the driver and passenger have agreed on a different pickup time via phone. If you request that the chauffeur continue waiting, you will be charged per minute.

COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT

The price quoted from Master's Livery Service shall be a binding fixed price including all taxes but excluding tips. We calculate the reservation price by the distance or the amount of hours from the pickup time and the pickup location. Special requests such as stopovers, oversized luggage, or child safety seats can’t be guaranteed and may incur an extra charge. In the event of unforeseen changes, your chauffeur will wait for you for up to 15 minutes. Additional waiting time over that period, when caused by passenger behavior, will be charged per minute above the quoted price. In the event your flight is delayed, you are not held responsible, but we do ask for a courtesy phone call to notify us of the delay. All waiting times start from the scheduled pickup time. If your ride starts at the airport, please leave enough time to retrieve your luggage to avoid additional charges.

IN-VEHICLE BEHAVIOR

The chauffeur's responsibility is to transport clients to their destination. To that end, they are always conscientious of the safety of all passengers. By law, passengers are required to wear their seat belts. Masters Livery Service prohibits passengers from opening doors when the vehicle is in motion or from throwing objects out of the vehicle.

Smoking, drugs, and vaping products are strictly prohibited while inside the vehicle.

When minors are in the vehicle, alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited. Any discovery of such items will halt the ride and all inhabitants will be dropped off at a safe, well-lit area to be picked up by the responsible party. No refund will be given.

LIABILITY

Master's Livery Service is not liable for theft, loss or damage to property brought into the vehicle.

CHANGE IN SERVICE

Masters Livery Service reserves the right to modify reservations within a reasonable manner in the best interests of passengers in an effort to improve quality of service.

For prom goers and minors solely inhabiting the vehicle, the reserving/paying party will designate one of the minors as responsible for any decisions of time changes, destination changes, and mileage incurred, and agrees to pay all extra fees that may result.

Masters Livery Service has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend service with no refund for riders who violate our procedures.
