The Master's Advantage

I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Master’s Livery Service the week of 27 June to 3 July 2022, they are located in the Boston, MA area. On 27 June my husband and I arrived at BOS for our son’s wedding on 2 July in North Andover, MA. I am a planner, planner, planner, so I had contacted our hotel and they told me to contact Master’s Livery Service for a ride to and from BOS to North Andover. Master’s Livery Service then was to pick up another son, daughter-in-law, and grandson on the 1 July and then again take them back to BOS on 3 July. Our driver (and at the end of the week I hope that he would call us friends) was named Michael. Michael was to pick my daughter and I up on the 2nd and take us to get hair and make-up done that morning.

Michael notified me that he was at the airport and to let him know when we had gotten our bags and he would meet us at the curb. At the carousel I texted Michael and told him we were at the carousel waiting for my two pieces of luggage to come off the plane. After waiting for three planes to arrive and still watching for my non-existent luggage I was told to call two numbers to declare my luggage was missing. When getting into a very clean suburban with a jack for all makes of phones available, we started calling numbers to find my luggage. Finally getting a hold of someone and explaining that they are lost my luggage (one suitcase had seven peoples wedding attire, the other everything I was going to wear that week) and that it was imperative that I get my luggage as soon as possible. The airlines told me that the luggage was there at customer service and that I could pick it up anytime. I explained to them that we had not rented a car since neither my husband or I liked to drive in Boston. That was why I had hired a car service for the week. The airline told me they would bring it to me in three days. I was getting extremely nervous, upset, and having a panic attack. That’s when Michael came to my rescue. Michael told me that he would take us to the hotel and drop us off. He would then go back to Boston and retrieve my luggage. I never had to ask, he just volunteered to help me out. Michael swore to me that I would have my luggage before I went to sleep that night. True to his word, he delivered my luggage to me by 2030.

Michael gave us to pointers and where we might find some local attractions, good eats, and where to find the best Italian food anywhere on the east coast. Of course, he was right, great attractions, better food, and he did all the driving. On Friday the 1st he brought our middle son, daughter-in-law, and grandson up to North Andover. On the 2nd he took my daughter and I to the Salon, never once did we have to wait for him to arrive. Michael was extremely helpful in keeping us informed on this arrival time. I just told him when we needed to be at a particular location and he did all the rest.

We will only use Master’s Livery Service whenever we go to Boston. Great, fantastic, superior, wonderful, refreshing, and so many other verbs I could use to describe the wonderful customer service we were treated to by this company. Please give them a try, I guarantee you won’t be sorry.
